| Product Description |
Kreca Formed Heat Insulation Kreca FR heat insulation is a rigidized fibrous carbon material made from Kreca Felt. It is available in flat plate, disc, cylinder and other forms. It is widely used as insulation in high-vacuum and inert atmosphere furnaces, such as heat treatment, sintering and silicon growing furnaces, operated at temperatures up to 3000℃. In addition to supper-high insulation efficiency, Kreca FR's characteristics include lightness and self-standing capability, assuring easy setting/removal and contributing to labor saving and reduced cycle time.
Standard products have a bulk density of 0.13g/cm3 and 0.16g/cm3. Kreca FR can be surface-treated by special coating (OS-coating), Kreca Paper/cloth lining, Graphite foil lininf, etc. to prevent fluffing and to reinforce the surface. Also, regular size products (500mm x 1000mm x 20mm or 50mm, 1000mm x 1500mm x 20mm or 50mm) are always on stock for prompt delivery.
